1. Program Description

Schwarz Capital ("we," "us," or "our") operates an operational alert messaging program that delivers automated text messages to authorized personnel regarding the status of Schwarz Capital's internal technology platform.

Messages are strictly operational and transactional. Message types are limited to:

• Critical system alert — a monitored internal system has become unavailable or has failed a required verification.
• System restoration — a previously reported condition has been resolved and normal operation has resumed.

What this program does not send

This program does not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or solicitation messages of any kind. It does not send investment advice, trade recommendations, performance information, offers of securities, or any content directed at prospective investors or customers.

2. Who Receives Messages

The program is available only to authorized personnel of Schwarz Capital — individuals responsible for operating and supervising its internal technology platform. The program is not offered to the general public, and members of the public cannot subscribe.

3. Consent and Enrollment

Enrollment requires express prior consent.

There is no web form, no public sign-up page, and no keyword opt-in. Enrollment occurs only when an authorized operator personally records their own mobile telephone number in the platform's protected alert configuration on a Schwarz Capital server that they control and to which access is restricted.

The act of entering one's own number into that configuration is the act of consent. It can only be performed by a person with authenticated administrative access to the system, acting for their own number.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Schwarz Capital does not sell products or services to the public, and enrollment is not tied to any transaction.

We do not purchase, rent, append, or otherwise acquire mobile telephone numbers from any third party. Every number in the program was entered directly by the individual to whom it belongs.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and is event-driven.

• In normal operation, no messages are sent.
• When a qualifying condition occurs, the program sends exactly one message at the onset and exactly one message on resolution.
• A single event therefore produces at most two messages, regardless of how long the condition persists.
• The program suppresses duplicate alerts for an ongoing condition.

We anticipate typical volume of fewer than ten messages per month.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Schwarz Capital is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier. Check with your carrier for details of your plan.

6. HELP — Obtaining Assistance

Text HELP to the number from which you receive messages at any time to receive information about the program and how to contact us.

You may also contact us at support@schwarzcapital.com.

7. STOP — Opting Out

You may cancel at any time.

Text STOP to the number from which you receive messages. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to that number.

The following keywords are also honored: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT.

You may alternatively opt out by emailing support@schwarzcapital.com.

Opting out will not affect your employment, engagement, or any other relationship with Schwarz Capital. To resume receiving alerts after opting out, you must provide express consent again as described in Section 3.

8. Supported Carriers

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Delivery Limitations

We make no guarantee that any message will be delivered, or delivered within any particular time. Delivery may be affected by carrier conditions, network coverage, device status, and factors outside our control. You should not rely solely on SMS delivery for any time-critical purpose.

10. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this program is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time and will update the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes affecting the nature or frequency of messages will be communicated to enrolled participants, who may opt out at any time.
